This is a small school for the younger ones. We have the nursery kids and the primary students up to a certain age. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by houses and some fields along the Puthupatty Road. The kids come from the nearby villages. Early in the morning, you can see parents dropping their toddlers off before they go to work. We have small classrooms that are mostly decorated with drawings the children made. It isn't a huge campus with big fences, just a simple place where the local kids spend their day. The building has been here for a bit, and we keep it painted as much as we can. It gets hot in Tirunelveli, so we try to keep the rooms cool for the little ones. Dealing with small children means there is always a lot of noise and energy in the hallways. We don't have any fancy marketing people or anything like that. We are just a few teachers and staff making sure the children are safe and learning their basics. It’s a humble setup, but it works for the families living around Panayankuruchi. People know who we are just by walking past and hearing the kids singing or playing during their breaks.
