You can find us at No. 3 Shri Sabari Illam in Kaveri Nagar. V. M Chatram is a nice place to have a business like Shrimas Exports. We aren't some giant company with a glass building. Our office is more like a home office, which makes it feel comfortable. We spend our days managing shipments and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the pace. Sometimes the dogs in the street make a lot of noise, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. My desk is usually a mess of pens and sticky notes. We don't have a formal dress code, just whatever works for the weather. Most of the work involves making sure the numbers add up and the cargo is ready. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. We’ve built some good relationships with the people we work with over the years. We aren't into big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just tell it like it is and get the work done. If someone stops by, we usually have time for a quick cup of coffee and a chat about the news. It’s a relaxed way to run things, but we still make sure every order is taken care of properly. That is just how we operate day to day without making things too complicated for ourselves or anyone else.
