Ajithkumar Vivekanandan Traders (Opc) Private Limited

Our place is at No. 4A on Nallaiappar 1st Street in Bharathipuram. It’s a small operation, as you might guess from the name. Being an OPC means there isn't a huge crowd of people here, just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We deal with various trading items, mostly depending on what’s in demand. The office is quite modest, just a room with a few computers and some filing cabinets. It’s on a fairly narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons making deliveries or meeting people. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we prefer it this way because we know exactly what is happening with every order. There’s no corporate red tape here. If a decision needs to be made, we just make it. Sometimes the workload gets a bit overwhelming, especially when several things happen at once, but we manage to get through it. We’ve had to learn everything as we go along, from taxes to logistics. It hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve built up some good relationships with other local businesses. We don't use any fancy software or expensive equipment. We just use what works and try to keep our costs down. It’s just us doing our best to run a decent trading business in our own way.
