Engineer

You can find us at 2 John Cottage on Fathima Street. This is in Eruvadi, down in the Tirunelveli Dist 627103. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities. The building is just a regular house that we use for our work as an Engineer. Being in this place means everyone kind of knows everyone else. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just a small board. The street is usually peaceful, maybe a few cows walking past now and then. Inside John Cottage, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Tamil Nadu for a long time. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which we appreciate. We usually start our morning with a coffee and then sit down to look at whatever projects are on the table. It gets hot, especially in the middle of the day, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot on Fathima Street. It’s a simple way to live and work. We do what we can with what we have here in Eruvadi. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. It is home and work all mixed into one. That's just how we like it.
