I go by Dj Navin and I’m based right here in Tirunelveli. My setup is pretty simple. I don't have a big store or a fancy office because most of my work happens at different venues across the city. Whether it’s a wedding hall, a small house for a birthday, or a public space for a festival, I just take my gear there. Tirunelveli 627001 is where I usually operate from. I handle all the technical stuff myself, from the wiring to the sound check. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, but I usually have a helper for the heavy lifting. I’m not a big company with a lot of staff. When you call, you talk to me directly. I don't use any fancy scripts or marketing talk. I just ask what kind of music you want and what time I should be there. The nights can be very long, often ending well after midnight, but I’ve gotten used to that schedule. People around here know me through word of mouth. If they liked the music at one place, they ask for my number for their own event. I also have to keep up with what music is popular, so I listen to a lot of new tracks in my spare time. It’s a lot of work but I don’t mind it.
