We are located at No. 85 Aishwaryam Arcade on the first floor. This is right in the Diamond Bazaar area, so you can imagine how much activity there is outside our window every day. It’s a very old and famous part of the market. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have the first-floor spot, which makes it easy for people to drop by without having to climb too many stairs. Most of the day is spent checking the items that come in and getting them ready to be sent out again. We don't have a lot of furniture, just the basics—desks, chairs, and some shelving for the stock. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to get around to it. We know the other shop owners in the arcade, and we usually chat with them in the mornings. It’s a tight-knit community here. We handle the export side of things, making sure all the rules are followed and the boxes are taped up well. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes, but that’s just the nature of Diamond Bazaar. We focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the market outside. It’s just a simple business run by people who know the area well. We work hard to get everything out the door.
