Trends Exports

Trends Exports is up on the second floor of Singapore Plaza, right in the middle of the Thepakulam area. It's a busy spot most days. We spend a lot of time at No. 201 dealing with paperwork and boxes. The plaza gets pretty crowded around lunch, and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. Most people know the building because it’s a local landmark here. We handle different kinds of shipments going out. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. The neighbors are mostly other small shops and offices, so there’s always something going on in the hallways. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs instead. Being in Thepakulam helps because it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t really do much advertising, just keep our heads down and manage the exports. The desk is usually covered in forms and shipping labels. It’s just how it is when you’re running a small operation like this. We like being part of the local business community here at Singapore Plaza. It feels right. We keep the doors open through the week and try to stay on top of all the orders coming in and out. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be based right here in this part of town. It gets noisy but we are used to it.
