We’ve been set up here at No 20 in Jaya Nagar for a bit now. Karumandapam is a quiet enough area, and being on 1st Street makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost in the back lanes. Templehill Ventures Llp isn't some massive corporation with glass walls and fancy suits. We’re just a small group of people working out of this spot. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy when people are coming home from work, but mostly it’s just us doing what we do every day. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own. It’s not always easy running a business, but we manage. There’s always coffee in the pot and someone usually has the radio playing quietly in the background. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just the few of us here. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and keep things moving. Most days are pretty standard. We show up, get through the list of things to do, and head home when the sun starts going down. It’s a plain office, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we need. We’ve grown to like the neighborhood over the months. If you’re walking down the street, you might see us through the window or out front for a minute. We like keeping things straightforward and honest. That’s just how we are. No big promises, just steady work from our little corner of the street.
