We are based at 5 Sivasakthi Complex in Sundar Nagar. It’s a local commercial building, so there are other shops around us. Sgs Infotech is a small operation. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a simple one so people know they’ve found the right door. The space inside is quite modest. We have our workstations set up and a small area where we keep our tools and spare equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are in here at once. We spend most of our time dealing with software or fixing hardware issues that come in. It’s busy work, but we like keeping our hands full. Sundar Nagar is a good spot for us. We’ve gotten to know the other business owners in the complex. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because someone they know told them we were here. We keep things very informal. You won't find anyone in a suit in our office. We just wear what's comfortable and focus on the tasks for the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, especially if it’s something urgent for a customer. It’s just a plain, honest workspace where we try to be useful to the people who need us without making things too complicated.
