Tamilnadu Computer Software College is inside Chola Towers, specifically at No 66/23, No 5 C in West Chintamani. If you know Trichy, you know how busy this area can get. We are located on one of the floors of the tower, so it’s not like a regular school with a playground. It’s more of an office setup with lots of computers and desks. We have wires running everywhere and the sound of typing is pretty much constant during the day. People come here to learn software and how to use different programs. We have students who are just starting out and some who are already working but want to learn something new. The lab is the main part of the place. We try to keep the computers running well, but occasionally one of them acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It gets a bit cramped when the classes are full, but everyone usually finds a spot. We don't have a canteen or anything like that, so people just go downstairs to the local shops for tea or snacks. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just have the screens, the chairs, and the software. The staff are usually busy helping someone figure out a bit of code or showing them how to navigate a new menu. It’s just a straightforward place to learn computer stuff in the middle of Trichy.
