Rehana Impex

Rehana Impex is located on Moolaikollai Street in Tennur. Our office at No. 20 is where we handle the importing and exporting of various goods. It’s a busy place with a lot of paperwork scattered across the desks. We spend a good portion of our day on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on where shipments are. It’s not a very glamorous job, despite what the name might suggest. There is a lot of waiting for customs clearance and worrying about transport delays. We have a small team here, and we all have to pitch in with everything from filing documents to checking the inventory in the back. The street outside is always crowded, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms, so we usually just talk to people right there among the files and boxes. Sometimes we stay late into the night because of the time differences with people we deal with in other places. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we have available and what the costs are. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure no details are missed. We’ve been in Tennur for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of this kind of trade. It’s just how we make our living, working through the logistics and managing the daily flow of goods.
