Cub & Saucer

Cub & Saucer is located at No 8/6-3 A on Tanjore Road. We are in the Tiruchirappalli Fort area, which most people just call Trichy. We are pretty close to the Paal Panai landmark. The pin code is 620008. The shop is in a busy part of the fort area, so there is always something going on outside. We spend our time behind the counter or in the back. It’s a small place, not a lot of room to run around. The heat in Trichy can be really intense, especially in the afternoons. We have some chairs for people to sit, but it’s nothing fancy. Just basic furniture that gets the job done. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We know most of the people who walk by every day. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. We don’t have a big menu or anything complicated. We just serve what we have. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery is late, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just open the doors in the morning and close them at night. Being near Tiruchirappalli Fort gives the place a bit of a historical feel, even if we are just a regular little shop on Tanjore Road. That's the way it is here.
