I am Ponraj K and you can find me over at No 236 on Sathara Street. Being near the market in Srirangam means there is always something going on around here. It is a very busy part of Trichy but I really like the energy of it. I have lived and worked in this area for a long time now and it feels like home. My work is just about helping people out with what they need. I do not have a big office with fancy chairs or anything like that. It is just a simple setup where I can focus on the tasks at hand. People usually just drop by because they know me from around the neighborhood. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when the market is crowded but that is just life in Srirangam. I try to stay organized though some days it feels like there is a lot to keep track of. I have always preferred working for myself. It gives me the chance to deal with people directly without any middleman getting in the way. I do not really have a big team helping me out, it is mostly just me making sure everything gets finished on time. Most of the people I work with are locals who have been coming to me for years. We talk about the weather or how the town is changing while we get things sorted. It is not a complicated life.
