Pandimadevi Hitech Agro Industry Private Limited is basically just a local operation. We don't have a big corporate building or a receptionist. Usually, someone is just around the site handling the agro work. The heat in Tiruchirappalli can be quite a lot, so we try to get things done before the sun gets too high. It’s a quiet village life here for the most part. We deal with the crops and the processing without much fuss. If you walk down the street in Nadar Colony, you will see our place easily enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and help the local agriculture. Most of the people working here are from around this area. We know the land and we know the seasons. Sometimes things go slow, and sometimes it is very busy, especially during harvest time. We keep our records in order and make sure everything is running. It's practical work that needs doing. Being in Serugudi means we are close to the fields. It's a good spot for what we do. We've been here for a bit now and just keep at it day by day.
