Microstat Private Limited is located out in Samayapuram, which is part of the Manachanallur taluk. Specifically, we are at No 21/1 on Maruthur Road. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a big city like Chennai. Things are a little slower here, which suits us just fine. We have a modest office space where we handle our daily operations. Being near Samayapuram means we see a lot of people coming through for the temple, but our street stays relatively quiet most of the time. We started this company because we wanted to provide services in this area without having to move to a metro city. The building we are in is quite old but it’s sturdy and gives us enough room to work. We don't have a big staff, so we all know each other well. Most of us are from the local area. We don't have any corporate manuals or strict dress codes. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and go home to our families. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the rains make the road a bit muddy, but we just deal with it. We aren't looking for fame, just steady work and a good reputation among the people we deal with. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about what we do.
