Our office is located at 2, 8th Cross on Kannadasan Street in Kumaran Nagar, Trichy. We’re right near the Shivan Temple, so we get to hear the bells every morning and evening. It’s a nice reminder of where we are. Trichy can get incredibly hot, so we usually keep the blinds pulled and the fans on high. Kp Agro And Co. isn't a massive corporation; it’s just a small group of us working in the agro sector. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and people from the surrounding villages. Our desks are usually covered in samples of seeds or grain, and there’s always a bit of dirt on the floor no matter how often we sweep. It’s the nature of the business, I suppose. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or leather chairs. People just pull up a plastic stool and talk to us about their crops or the weather. Sometimes we have to head out into the fields ourselves, which is a nice break from sitting in the office. We’ve been on this street for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us, but we stay pretty much the same. We just focus on getting the right products to the right people without a lot of fuss or complicated processes. It's a quiet way to earn a living, but it feels right for us and we enjoy the people we deal with.
