We are located in Dalmiapuram, right near the Dalmia Cements area in Tiruchi. Kesv Power Plant is part of the landscape here. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the action is. The environment is very industrial. You can see the tall structures from a distance. We handle power-related operations. It’s a 24-hour kind of place. Someone is always on-site. The offices are functional and simple. We don’t have any polished marble floors or fancy art. It’s a place for work. Most of our staff comes from the nearby villages or Tiruchi town. We’ve been operating here for a while. The air smells of dust and machinery. We get used to it. The canteen is where everyone gathers for lunch. It’s nothing special, but the food is hot. We don’t spend time making fancy brochures. We just make sure everything is running as it should. There are a lot of rules and safety stuff to follow, which keeps us on our toes. It’s a big site, so walking from one end to the other takes some time. We are just a group of people keeping the lights on and the machines turning. It’s steady, unremarkable work that needs doing.
