Fikstran Technologies Private Limited operates out of an apartment in Tiruchirappalli. You can find us at Flat No. 1E in the Chola Empire Apartment building. This is located in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, which is part of the Edamalaipattipudur area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say, but it is a nice enough place to work. Being in an apartment means we have a kitchen and a spot to relax, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We mostly do technical work and software development here. Our team is small, so we do not need a massive office building. We have turned the main rooms into our working area with desks pushed up against the walls. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Edamalaipattipudur is a decent neighborhood with good local shops nearby for when we need a break. We started this company because we wanted to work on tech projects on our own terms. We do not follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending formal memos. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the local area.
