Our office is based at Sri Sai Shreya Illam, which is at 40 Amman Nagar. We’re specifically located on the 10th Cross in Ellakudi, over in Tiruchirappalli. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, which we actually prefer over a busy commercial district. Working out of this house gives our daily routine a bit of a different feel. It’s not as stiff or formal as a big corporate office. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we just go about our business managing systems. We’ve been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a good while now. The team is small, just a handful of us who know each other well and know how to work together. We don’t have a bunch of managers or complicated departments. If something needs fixing, we just talk to the person sitting next to us and figure it out. It’s a very direct way of working. Most days involve a lot of time on the phone or on the computers, making sure everything is running the way it should be for our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to do a solid job and keep things moving. We usually have the windows open to let in a bit of a breeze, though it gets quite warm in the afternoons. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. It’s honest, steady work and we like the independence it gives us.
