Chick Point

Chick Point is based in Trichy, specifically at No G1 Royal Mansel on Tanjore Road. We are in the Kattur area, right near the Pandiya Hotel. Most locals use the hotel as a landmark when they are trying to find us. Tanjore Road is a major route, so we get a lot of through traffic. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves the purpose. We don’t follow any corporate guidelines or have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just come in, prep the ingredients, and wait for the customers. It’s a regular job for us. The heat in Trichy can be quite something, especially in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first opened. Some shops have come and gone, but we are still here in Kattur. We don't have a team of writers making us sound better than we are. We are just folks working in a food shop. Sometimes we run out of things toward the end of the day, but that's just part of the business. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If you are heading down Tanjore Road, look for Royal Mansel and you’ll find us there. It’s a quiet enough spot once you step inside from the busy road. We just do our work and go home when the shift is over.
