Champion Traders

Champion Traders is located right at number 69 on the Kovilpattyi Road in Manaparai. It’s a good spot because we are right on the way for anyone traveling between the towns. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time, and the building has seen a lot of use over the years. We handle various goods and materials, so the space is often filled with bags or boxes waiting to be moved out. It’s a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, especially when the wind picks up off the road. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing displays. Most of our customers are locals or people who have been dealing with us for years. The shop floor is usually a bit cluttered, but we have a system for where everything goes. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s just a few of us here, and we handle everything from unloading the trucks to talking to the people who stop by for a single item. The hours can be long, but that’s just how trading goes in a place like this. We like the location because we get to see everyone passing through. It’s a simple, honest business without any of the corporate talk you find in the bigger cities. We just focus on having what people need when they show up at our door on Kovilpattyi Road. We make sure everything is locked tight before we head out for the evening.
