Bismi Digital & Stickers

Bismi Digital & Stickers is our little shop over on Eb Road. We are right at number 101, which is pretty close to the HP petrol bunk. If you know where Gandhi Market is, you can find us easily. It’s a busy corner of the world. We do a lot of stickers and digital prints for local folks. The smell of vinyl and adhesive is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We started small and stayed that way. Most days, we’re busy peeling backings or checking colors on the screen. It’s a lot of sitting and a lot of detail work. Sometimes the machines act up when it’s too hot out or when there is too much dust. We just take it as it comes. The shop isn't huge, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a big order to finish. Customers come in and out all day long. We’ve got some samples taped to the counter so people can see what we do. It’s a decent living. We know most of the people who run the shops around Gandhi Market. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make stickers and prints. It’s practical work. If the printer is running well, it’s a good day. We’re usually here until the sun goes down and sometimes a bit later.
