The Princeton Hotel Dubai

Our place is the Vellakkottil House, located in 40 Nagar in the Cheroor area of Trichur. Even though the name is The Princeton Hotel Dubai, we are right here in Kerala, pin code 680 008. It’s a bit of a story how the name ended up like that, but this is where we work from. It’s a local house turned into our workspace. You won't find any skyscrapers here like in the real Dubai, just the quiet streets of Trichur. We handle all our business from this building. It’s a family-style environment most of the time. We sit around the main table and figure out the day's work. The weather here in Kerala can get quite humid, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We’ve got the regular post coming to 40 Nagar every morning. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s not a fancy hotel building with a revolving door; it’s more grounded and practical. We spend our time managing the details and making sure everything is recorded properly in our books. It’s a simple life running a business from a house. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we have tea on the porch when things get a bit slow. That’s just the way we do things here in Cheroor. We've been at this address for a long time and everyone around here knows where Vellakkottil House is.
