Tava Foods

We've been operating out of our space at 1/27, Udumbanoor Road for a while now. If you know the Parekkavala area, you’ve probably passed by us. It isn't a massive setup, just a straightforward place where we handle our food business every day. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the local tastes pretty well. It gets busy in the mornings when the deliveries come in and we have to get everything sorted. Sometimes the traffic on Udumbanoor Road makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food items ready and out to the people who need them. The building is an older one, but it works for what we do. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and some neighbors who help out when things get hectic. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure everything looks right before it leaves the door. It’s hard work, and some days are longer than others, especially when the weather isn't great. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs. It's mostly just crates, tables, and us working. People stop by sometimes to ask questions, and we try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a simple life here in Parekkavala, and we’re just glad to be a part of the local community doing what we know how to do.
