Srp Food Products

Srp Food Products is right in the middle of K K Bazar in Triyad. If you know the Kodungallur area, you know how crowded it gets around the market. Our space is tucked in there among all the other shops and stalls. It is a busy environment with people shouting and carts moving by all day long. We deal with food products, so there is always a mix of smells in the air. Mostly it is spices or dried goods depending on what we are packing that day. The building is older, with high ceilings and narrow stairs. This makes moving heavy bags a bit of a challenge. We have a couple of rooms where the sorting and packing happen. We try to keep things organized despite the limited space. It gets quite loud when the market is in full swing. You get used to the background noise after a while. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the weight of the bags before they go out. There is no big reception desk or waiting area here. Just some stools and a table where we drink tea and talk about the day's tasks. The floors are swept often because of all the dust from the bazar, but it is a constant battle. It is just a local business trying to keep up with the daily orders in a very busy part of town.
