We spend most of our time at VRM Tower right on MG Road. It is quite a busy spot since we are so close to the Kottapuram Bridge. Proyal Restaurants and Caterers started because we really liked feeding people and it just grew into this LLP business over time. If you walk into our kitchen, you’ll probably see a bit of a mess because we are always prepping something for a lunch or a big event someone booked. There’s a lot of chopping and washing going on from early morning. We don’t really have a big office team or anything. It is mostly just us and the staff trying to get the orders right. Sometimes the traffic outside near the bridge gets really loud but we just keep working through it. We do a mix of sit-down meals and outside catering for weddings or small parties at houses nearby. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while now. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any fancy decor or anything, just tables and a lot of food being moved around. The building itself is easy to find if you know where MG Road is. We’ve had some long days here, especially when two caterings happen at once. It gets stressful but it's what we do. We try to keep things moving and make sure the food is ready when people expect it.
