Power Stroke Driving Academy is based out in Manakkodi, specifically at 9/247 A Payyappatt. It’s a bit of a quiet area, which is actually good for people who are just starting to learn how to drive. We keep our cars parked there and that’s where we handle all the paperwork. Driving is one of those things that takes time to learn, and we’ve been doing this for a while now in Thrissur. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a room where we sit and wait for the next student to arrive. It gets a bit dusty with all the cars coming and going, but that’s just how it is. We try to be patient with everyone because we know how nervous people get behind the wheel. We don't use any flashy ads to get people in. Usually, it’s just someone telling their neighbor that we are okay to learn from. The roads around here can be tricky, so we start slow. Sometimes the cars need a bit of work because of all the stop-and-go driving, but we keep them running. It’s just a regular local business. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything. We just show up, teach the lessons, and help with the license forms. It’s a long day sometimes, especially in the heat, but we stay until the job is done. We keep things pretty simple here and just focus on the roads.
