Mullikkatil Nidhi Limited is located in Room No 16/84 in the Odanavattam Post area. We are a small outfit working out of a modest room in this part of the district. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get all our work done. As a Nidhi company, we focus on the community right here in Odanavattam. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. Our office has the basics: some chairs, a couple of desks, and the files we need to keep track of everything. People from the village come in to talk about their savings or to see if they can get a small loan for their personal needs. We know most of the people who walk through the door, which makes the job feel a lot less like a cold business and more like helping out neighbors. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. We spend our time making sure the entries in the books are correct and that we are following all the government rules for Nidhi companies. It can be a lot of paperwork sometimes, but it’s important to do it right. We don’t make big claims about what we do. We just provide a simple service for people who want a local place to handle their money. It is just a regular job for us and we stay busy.
