India Infoline is based out of Poruthur House in Parappur, which is a small post office area in the Thrissur District of Kerala. Our pin code is 680552. Like a lot of places in this part of Kerala, we are operating out of a local house rather than a big commercial building. It feels much more like a home than a corporate office. There are coconut trees all around and the air is usually quite fresh, unless it’s the middle of a very hot day. Parappur is a quiet place where life moves at its own pace. We aren't in a rush here. Most of the people who come to see us are our neighbors or people from the surrounding villages. The office is just a simple room with the basic stuff we need to work. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or modern furniture. It’s just wooden tables and some old chairs. We spend our time going through files and talking to the locals. During the monsoon, it gets very green and beautiful, but the rain can be quite loud on the roof. We usually have some tea in the morning and start our work without much fuss. It’s a very grounded place to be. We have been in Poruthur House for a while and everyone in the area knows where we are. It’s not about being fancy; it’s just about having a place to do our business.
