We’re over here at Poothole in Thrissur, specifically at the C-Shell Businees Center. The building number is 17-10/4, which is where we spend most of our working hours. We go by the name Milford Hotels & Resorts Private Limited. Thrissur is a pretty lively city, and being in the 680004 area means there is always a lot of movement outside. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a practical space with desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual stuff you need to run a business. We handle all the management and back-end work for our resorts from this spot. Usually, it is just a couple of us in here, drinking tea and making sure the paperwork is done on time. The building itself is a standard business center, nothing that stands out too much. We like it because it is functional. When the monsoon hits, the rain really drums against the windows, and that’s just part of the daily life here in Kerala. We don't have any polished marketing scripts or a big corporate team. It’s just us doing our jobs in a straightforward way. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. Most of our days are spent on the phone or on the computer, dealing with the logistics of the hotel side. It’s a busy life, but it’s honest work.
