Manakulangara Nidhi Limited

We are over in the Viswambaran Building, specifically in Room 19/61. It is right in AKG Nagar here in Manakulangara. If you know the area near Kodakkara in Thrissur, you probably pass by us often. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit now. The building is easy to spot once you get into the main part of the neighborhood. Usually, the mornings are quiet before the heat picks up. Kerala weather can be unpredictable, so some days we’re dealing with rain coming through the windows, and other days it’s just the sun hitting the side of the building. We spend most of our time at our desks handling the paperwork that comes through. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space with enough chairs for whoever stops in. People from around the P.O. area drop by to ask questions or just to settle their business. We keep things pretty simple around here. There is no big corporate lobby or receptionists in suits. It’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common enough, and we just wait for it to come back while looking out at the road. It’s a decent place to work, and being part of the local scene in Thrissur feels right. We know most of the people who walk past the door. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for everyone in the Viswambaran Building.
