Malabar Foodstuff Company is located at III/621 B in the Kinfra Small Scale Industries Park. We are on Nalukettu Road in Koratty. The park is a busy place with many small businesses like ours working side by side. We spend most of our time inside the unit, handling various food items. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around on the floor. The weather in Kerala is often rainy, so we spend a lot of time making sure nothing gets wet during loading. Our space is organized but it is definitely a workspace, not a showroom. We have some basic machinery and a lot of storage space. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the food products we handle. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache, especially when the roads are crowded with traffic. We drink a lot of coffee during the day to keep going. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't use polished language because we are too busy working to worry about that. We check the labels, count the boxes, and keep the records in a simple folder. It is just a regular food business trying to keep up with the daily orders in Koratty. We have been doing this for a long time now and we know the routine.
