Our company is set up on Dubai Road in Padinjare Vemballur, which is part of the Kodungallur area in Thrissur. The full name is Kaipamangalam Livestock Development Producer Company Limited, but most people just know us by the work we do with the local farmers. We’re located at XXI/197. It’s a place where livestock owners come together to figure out better ways to manage their animals and sell their products. We don’t have any fancy boardrooms. Mostly, it’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of talk about cows and goats. Being a producer company means we are all in this together. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or visiting different farms around Thrissur. The office on Dubai Road is where we keep the records and hold our meetings. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use any polished marketing speak because that’s not who we are. We’re just local people trying to make the livestock business work a bit better for everyone involved. Sometimes the heat in Kodungallur makes the afternoon meetings a bit sluggish, but we get through the paperwork eventually. It’s a slow and steady process. We’ve been here for a while and the community knows where to find us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day needs of our members and their livestock.
