Our business is Jackflour 365 Llp. We are located in Thrissur, specifically at Kakkanattu Tower in Puthur. The address is 2/782 if you’re looking for it. We mostly work with jackfruit and turn it into flour and other things. Since there are so many jackfruit trees in this part of Kerala, it seemed like a good thing to do. We are a small team of local people. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big human resources department. It’s just us doing the grinding and the packing every day. The tower we’re in is a bit older, so sometimes the plumbing acts up or the lights flicker. We just fix what we can and keep going. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and long emails. We just talk to each other while we work and figure out what needs to be done next. When it’s harvest season, the place gets really crowded with fruit, and the smell of jackfruit is everywhere. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and manual labor. We don't have any professional writers to make us sound important. We’re just a small group of people in 680014 trying to run a decent business. We stay busy with the daily grind and don't really think much about the big picture. We just want to get the orders out on time and make sure everything is clean and ready for the next day of work. It’s not always pretty, but it’s honest work.
