Hrashikesh Food Traders

We’ve been running Hrashikesh Food Traders for a while now, tucked away near Thirissur Tudguni. It’s not a place you’d find easily if you weren’t looking for it, but the locals know where we are. Dealing with food trading means our days start pretty early, often before the sun is even up, because that’s when the trucks usually arrive. We spend a lot of time checking bags and making sure everything is where it should be. The weather around here can be a bit of a pain sometimes, especially when it rains and we have to move everything inside quickly so nothing gets ruined. It’s just how things go. We don’t have a big office or a team of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, moving things around and talking to the drivers who come through. Sometimes the days feel really long, especially when there’s a lot of inventory to count, but it’s honest work. We’ve seen the area around Thirissur Tudguni change a bit over the years, but our little corner stays mostly the same. We know our regulars by name and they know they can just stop by whenever they need to get something sorted. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being here day after day and doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
