Hotelsandco Private Limited is located over at Karayil Houseambalakavu in the Adat Post area. We are a small group of people who decided to get into the hotel business because we live here and saw a need for it. Fazal Mohamed Kassim is where we usually gather to sort out the weekly plans. It is not a corporate office with suits and ties. We wear what is comfortable and focus on getting the work finished. Some days are spent fixing things and other days we are just answering emails. Dealing with the hospitality world means things change fast. We try to keep up with the changes without getting too stressed out about it. It is a local operation, so we know the neighbors and the people who walk past our door every morning. Adat is a nice place to be based. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. The house we work from has been around for a bit and it feels more like a home than a workplace. We handle the bookings and the maintenance stuff ourselves. It gets busy during certain times of the year, but we just take it one day at a time. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it right here in our own neighborhood.
