We are set up over here in Thrissur, specifically in the Aerumapetty Gramapanchayath area. It is a lot of work looking after the plants and the rooms every day. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy in Kerala, but we just get on with things in Chittanda and keep the place running. It isn’t a fancy office setup with people in suits. We spend most of our time outside on the grounds or checking on the rooms to make sure everything is okay. The address is 7/244, and people usually find us easily enough if they know the local panchayath area. We started this whole thing because we had the land available and figured it was better than letting it go to waste. There is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky pipe or a gate that won’t shut properly in the wind. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or flashiest place around, just a spot where things happen at their own pace. Most of the staff live right nearby, so we all know each other well and work as a small team. If you come by, you will probably see someone sweeping the yard or carrying supplies from the main road. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us here. We don't have a corporate team, just a few of us making sure the guests have a place to sit and the farm stays green. It’s quiet mostly, except for the birds.
