Buildia Building Materials Trading

Buildia Building Materials Trading is run out of 17/190, Puthiyaveettil House in Cherpu West. We aren't a massive warehouse, but we keep a good range of things that people need when they are building or fixing up their homes. The house address might throw some people off, but we have our storage area set up to handle the supplies. It started out because we saw a need for these materials locally, and it just grew from there. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or coordinating with people who need sand, cement, or bricks delivered to their sites. The roads around Cherpu West can be narrow, so we have to be careful with the delivery trucks. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. There's no corporate handbook here. We just deal with people face to face and try to get them what they need at a fair price. Some days are quiet, especially when it's raining hard and construction stops, but usually, there's always someone looking for a bag of something or other. It's just a regular local business, and we've gotten to know the builders in the area pretty well over the years. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's about getting the right materials to the right site before the sun goes down and the day is over.
