Animalia Distributors

We are located on Tk Road in Vellikkara, specifically at number 27. It’s a busy road and there are always trucks and cars passing by our door. Animalia Distributors is where we spend our days moving boxes and checking delivery schedules. The warehouse part of our building is usually full, so we have to be careful how we stack things. It can get quite hot in Vellikkara, especially in the afternoons, so we have a couple of big fans going all the time. The noise of the fans and the traffic outside is the background sound of our work. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporation. We are just distributors. Most of our day is spent on our feet, loading things or organizing the shelves. We have a small office area with a couple of chairs that aren't very comfortable, but we aren't sitting down much anyway. The floors are concrete and they get scuffed up from all the crates. Sometimes the delivery drivers stay for a bit to chat about the roads or the weather. We know the neighbors on Tk Road pretty well by now. It is a straightforward kind of life. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. Number 27 is just a regular building, but it’s where everything happens for us. We don't have any flashy signs, just our name on the door and the sound of work coming from inside.
