P. S. S. Exports

Our place at No. 52 P. S. S. Nadar Street is right in the thick of things. P. S. S. Exports has been around for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s not a very wide road, so when the trucks come in to pick up a load, it gets a little cramped out front. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory against the handwritten lists we keep. Digital things are okay, but we still like having our notebooks. The building itself is older, and you can feel the history in the walls. We don't spend money on new paint or fancy signs because the work gets done just the same without it. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we all walk to work or take the bus. It’s a simple setup. We handle the export side of things, getting local goods ready for a long journey. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with all the different rules, but we just take it one page at a time. It’s not a glamorous job, and the dust from the street gets into everything, but it’s our living. We don't have a website with flashy photos or big promises. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what needs to be moved out that day. It keeps us on our feet and gives us something productive to do with our time.
