C. A. M Export

Our place is located over at No. 3/211 in Indira Nagar, which is part of Vasavappuram in the Tuticorin district. If you know the area, it’s a bit quieter than the main city but it keeps us busy enough with the export side of things. C. A. M Export isn't a massive operation with a big glass building. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our mornings and late evenings. The air can be quite salty being in this district, and you can definitely feel the coastal weather when you're working. We handle a lot of logistics from this small office, and while it gets a bit cluttered with documents and samples sometimes, we know where everything is. Moving goods out of here requires a lot of coordination, and we’ve spent a lot of time learning the ropes of how to get things from our door to the shipping ports. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you, usually it’s just one of us sitting at a desk or checking on a package. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and we don't have to worry about too much overhead. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to messages. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood people quite well over the years. We just try to get the jobs done.
