St John Freight Systems Ltd. operates out of C - 98 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex. We are situated right on Harbour Express Road in Thoothukudi, which is a key spot if you know anything about the shipping and freight business in Tamil Nadu. The salt air from the coast is always around, and the road is constantly filled with heavy trucks heading toward the port. It’s a busy, dusty environment, but that is exactly where we need to be to keep things moving. Our office at the complex is where the logs are kept and the schedules are managed. It is a lot of coordination, making sure trailers are in the right place at the right time. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk here because the work is fast-paced and the heat in Thoothukudi can be pretty intense. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we know the harbor routes like the back of our hands. It’s a tough, honest job handling freight, and our building in Sipcot is basically our second home. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with paperwork to make sure nothing gets stuck at the docks. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do, and we’ve been doing it at this location for a long time now.
