Sudar Exim

We are based in a small village area called Nangkali Kunnur, right at No. 1/2 North Street. It’s a quiet spot in Thiruthuraipundi, away from the rush you find in the big cities. Having lived in this area for generations, my family started Sudar Exim to handle our trade business. Local goods are our main focus, and we ship them out to several different places. Part of the house was converted into a workspace to serve as our office. Ledgers and shipping labels stay stacked high on the old wooden desk. It is a very simple setup. Much of our time is spent on the phone talking to transporters or checking on the harvests. Since the internet can be quite slow out here, we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. Everyone in the village knows us well. We aren’t some big, fancy export house with glass walls and expensive furniture. Finding good markets for the stuff produced by people around here is what we do. Often, trucks have trouble finding our specific turn on North Street, so we have to go out to the main road to guide them in. Waiting for things to happen takes up a lot of time, followed by a huge rush to get everything loaded. The pace of life here is something we enjoy even when the work gets a little stressful. Staying busy keeps us connected to the farmers in the local area.
