One Dollar Food & Beverages Privatelimited is operated out of Dino Sadanam in the Thempamuttam area of Balaramapuram. Maheswary.T is the one in charge here and the office is basically at her place. Balaramapuram is a well-known spot in Thiruvananthapuram, and we are just one of the small businesses trying to make a go of it here. We focus on food and beverages, which means there is always something being prepared or moved around in the space we have. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that. It’s more of a personal, local setup that grew over time. We have the address at Dino Sadanam where we handle the administrative side and some of the smaller tasks that come with the business. Thempamuttam is a decent place to be based, it has its own pace and feel. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to provide what people need and keep the business running. Most of our days are spent checking on supplies or talking to people we work with. It can be a bit slow some days and very hectic on others, especially when the weather in Trivandrum gets really hot and humid. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
