We operate out of the Industrial Estate in Pappanamkode. It’s a busy spot with lots of different manufacturers and trucks moving around all day. We mostly deal with food items. It’s a straightforward operation here. We have a large warehouse space where we process and pack things into containers. It’s not the most glamorous work in the world, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust from the ingredients, and there’s a constant noise from the packing machines. We have a team of local workers who come in every single day. Most of them have been with us for years and know exactly what to do. We don't have a big corporate ladder or any fancy meetings. If something breaks, we just fix it ourselves. If an order is running late, we all work a bit harder to get it out of the door. The weather here can be a bit damp sometimes, so we have to be very careful about how we store everything. We spend a lot of time checking quality, just looking at things and making sure they’re okay for the customers. We don't use any high-tech software to manage things, just clipboards and some old ledgers. It works for us. People know where to find us if they need anything at all. We just try to stay consistent and do the work.
