Khasak

Our place, Khasak, is located at 23/1826 in Jawahar Nagar. If you know Kowdiar, we are right there at O-1. Thiruvananthapuram is a nice city, and this neighborhood is usually pretty calm, though it gets busier during the day. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s just a regular building where we set up our kitchen and some seating. We don’t have any fancy decorations or anything. Mostly, we just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning the vegetables and setting the tables. The 695003 area is where we live and work, so we know most of the people who walk by. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too far. We try to keep things simple and functional. Sometimes we forget to change the sign outside or the paint gets a bit chipped, but we care about the work we do inside. Our staff is just a small group of local people. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us in the kitchen and at the counter. Every morning we open the doors and get started with the day's work. It's a quiet sort of life here in Kowdiar. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the restaurant going for everyone who visits. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the cleaning, but that is part of the job. It's just a regular local eatery.
