Fettle Engineering Pvt Ltd is based in Room A 205 within the CET TBI. Being so close to the College of Engineering means there are always students and faculty moving around the Sreekaryam-Kulathur Road. It’s a good environment for us because it keeps us on our toes. We are an engineering group that focuses on the technical side of things. Our office isn't very big, and it's usually filled with technical manuals, prototypes, and a lot of wires. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting problems or trying to figure out why a particular calculation isn't adding up. It’s a lot of trial and error, which can be frustrating sometimes, but that’s just how engineering goes. We aren't corporate people with suits; we're usually in casual clothes, focused on whatever project is on the bench that day. Being in the TBI gives us a bit of a workspace where we can focus without too many distractions from the outside city. We deal with the 695017 area mostly, but our work takes us all over Thiruvananthapuram. It's a busy life, and we often lose track of time when we're deep into a technical issue. We just want to get the engineering right and make things that actually work. There’s no secret to it, just hard work and a bit of patience every single day. We often share ideas with other people in the building over a quick cup of coffee in the hallway. It helps to have others around who understand the struggle of making things work.
