Isco Kuwait

We are based out of Manglavil Veedu over in Mudapuram, which is a quiet part of Chirayinkeezhu here in Trivandrum. People sometimes find the name Isco Kuwait a bit confusing since we are right here in Kerala, but it makes sense to us. It is a family-run sort of feel in this office. The building is basically a house that we converted so we could have enough space for everyone to sit and do their work without being on top of each other. Most mornings start with some tea and a look at what needs to get done for the day. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have windows that look out onto the local trees and the road. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going pretty much all day long. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. People stop by to drop off papers or just to say hello because everyone in this part of Mudapuram knows where Manglavil Veedu is. We have been here for a while now and the routine stays mostly the same. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have on our desks. It is a simple way of working. We do not spend much time on fancy meetings or making big presentations. We just sit down, open our folders, and handle what comes in. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time.
