You can find Dilectio Foodcrafts Private Limited at Rnra 54(3) in Rajiv Nagar. We are over in Vazhuthacaud, which is a part of Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a mostly residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the city center. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. It’s not a huge facility, but it’s enough for the kind of food crafts we do. We have a small team of people who have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. We just work together to get the orders out. The building has some nice windows that let in a lot of light during the day. We spend most of our time in the main workroom. Thiruvananthapuram is a good city for us because we’ve lived here in Kerala all our lives. We know the area well. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo. We just focus on what we make. Sometimes we have to give people directions because the house numbers in Rajiv Nagar can be a bit confusing. We just tell them to look for the big tree near the corner. It’s a simple operation. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing and stay busy. It’s honest work and it keeps us going. We usually finish up by six and head home.
