Rahul Agri

We have been at Prakash Nagar for a while now. Rahul Agri started because people around Thiruninravur needed seeds and farming tools without having to travel too far into the city. It gets busy here in the mornings when the sun is just coming up and the air is still a bit cool. We mostly deal with local farmers who have been working the land for generations. There is a lot of dust sometimes from the sacks of grain, but that is just how it is with agricultural work. We keep things like fertilizers and some small hand equipment in the back room behind the counter. My cousin helps me out with the heavy lifting when the supply trucks arrive on Tuesdays. It is not a big fancy place, just a regular shop with some sturdy shelves and a desk where we write the bills by hand in a ledger. Sometimes we run out of specific items if the transport is delayed on the main road. People stop by to ask about the weather or how the crops are doing this year while they wait for their orders. We try to keep what folks ask for most often in our inventory. The building is number 641, right on the main path through the neighborhood. It has a blue door that is a bit hard to open in the rainy season. We just work through the day and close up when it gets dark. Nothing too complicated about how we run things.
